You can tell he knows his craft. He went above and beyond in assisting us, find the best choice that fits our liking and budget. The store has so many amazing choices you can choose from. I highly recommend this store. The interior of the store is very conducive for shopping and is giving a homey & intimate vibe. Look for Anthony when you visit this store, he’s the best! It was worth it driving more than an hour to buy my diamond gift from this store. We will definitely do a repeat business with Tustin Diamond Exchange!

Not only is the store beautiful and filled with good vibes, the women managers/employees I met, Marjorie and Mara, are incredible humans who love their work and are dedicated to making the shop a safe and inclusive space. I was having a rough and emotional day, and really needed a pick me up. Marjorie and Mara helped me pick out the perfect ring (out of three options because Im indecisive; how do you choose just ONE out of so many amazing artists work???) — a "flying" winged diamond by Anthony Lent that I now carry with me as a comforting pinky totem. Additionally, we connected deeply and talked for three hours, just getting to know each other and uplift each other through sharing our experiences! They turned my horrible day into a cherished memory and I am so touched by the warmth, love, kindness, and expansive energy that fills the shop. My husband and I just went in to get measured for our ring sizes... and left with a loose oval-cut sapphire and plans to make the ring in my head a reality. That really wouldnt have happened if these folks had acted like typical high-end jewelry store salespeople.

Anna Lee A true hidden gem in San Diego! I can’t say enough good things about Khai. This jewelry store is one of those rare finds — the kind of place you wish you had discovered sooner. I came in with my mom to resize her ring, and Khai was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive. He treated her with such care, guiding her through the process and making sure everything was just right. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. The prices are very affordable , especially considering the quality of his work. He also helped me fixing the lock on my bag, he just took care of it quickly and easily. His store has beautiful and unique pieces on display. Next time I’m looking for a ring, I’ll definitely go to Khai and work with him on a custom design.
