I had a pair of earrings for over 20 years from them and would still have them if I hadnt lost it to the bathroom sink. They were the best pair Ive ever had. As an adult, I brought in a family heirloom necklace that a jeweler in Redding was uneasy about touching, let alone working on due to its composition. Gold Rush Jewelers fixed it perfectly, took little time at all and barely charged anything for the work. Ive since had them look at various items and jewelry and have been impressed every time. They definitely know what theyre doing and will tell you if its out of their scope and who you could ask for assistance.
