Barbara G I always have a great time here. Today, Sasha helped me pick out charms and was so helpful with ideas! I love my charm bracelets and I style my bracelets to look a certain way and needed a couple of safety chains. Sasha was very helpful in getting my bracelets and charms back on, which cam be a chore. My husband periodically gets charms for me and he has had great experiences here, too. A lot of times, I order charms online, but coming to this store is so much better! Keep up the great work!!

Teo Kaiba Just got my nose pierced on 7/25/25. I called back same day to try and report that the ring came out and that the hole closed that quickly. I ended up having to get it re-pierced somewhere else. I called back the next day and they agreed to a refund but said I needed to wait until a manager came in. I haven’t received a call yet. I’ve called a dozen times at this point and have gotten no answer. I did think because it was a jewelry store that this was a good choice. Clearly not. Even Claire’s does a better job.

However, if I didn’t leave a comment of the fairness, respect and trust I have in this shop, I would be doing a disservice to the entire community of investors and collectors. This shop is phenomenal in every way. Give them a shot! Just call and ask what you want or want to sell they will work with you. Or bring it in and they will help! Triana Lantz We had a custom engagement ring made and I can even begin to tell you how amazing it turned out! Flawless! Beyond my wildest expectations, and I knew what it looked like from the cad drawings! Molly and her team were phenomenal to work with, so knowledgeable and helpful! I cant say enough about how wonderful my ring and this store is! I ended up with a necklace from them and Ill be getting another custom ring from them with my grandmothers sapphire! Absolute joy to work with and I am so in awe of how beautiful my ring came out!
