Any time you need to make a change just call him. He will come get your old stuff and bring what you’ve found. Everything is negotiable. Dodo_doggy So last year I brought this cool dragon ring I had gotten online and needed it resized because I accidentally ordered the wrong size from that website. So I came here and asked them to resize it without realizing how much of a problem it might be. It turns out that I essentially gave a blacksmiths job to these jewelers, as the ring was apparently part steel instead of a light, pliable material. I was ready to take it back and get it resized elsewhere, but they insisted on finishing the job, so I let them and they actually completed it! I have the ring now, it fits my finger perfectly and I now have a deep respect for these jewelers. Thank you for resizing my ring despite the difficulties!

Then when I had taner as my piercer, he explained the whole process and care, answered all my questions and reminded me of my breathing. He made the process super easy! I was guided through the whole process well, continuously being offered great ideas as we matured the ring. Multiple wax models to ensure everything was exactly as I wanted in real life and even tweaked the finish once I saw the final ring. Cannot recommend enough.

Derick Wyatt My grandfather passed away in 2004, and I was given his ring. He purchased it soon after his return from fighting in the jungles of Burma in WWII. He wore this ring every single day of his life. I remember playing with it on his finger as a little boy. It was in great need of repair. Several of the prongs holding the stone were bent or splitting. One had broken completely off. Lizzys did an absolutely phenomenal job repairing this treasured ring. I am truly grateful for their dedication to craftsmanship and quality. It looks stunning! Their customer service is impeccable. Everyone there was extremely friendly and courteous. I highly recommend them for all of your jewelry repair and upkeep needs!
