TAYLOR ROICE Heres to the US Bank branch in CWU, and a huge thank-you to the US Bank associate named Lem. I experienced an online payment accounting error where I provided my checking account information but was charged from savings. No CWU employee in Student Accounts nor Cashiering could explain it nor hold themselves accountable, but Lem at this US branch went the extra mile and investigated the issue then resolved it. Glad to have a competent and attentive team up here in Ellensburg :D

Daniel Connelly I SO wish I had chosen this company for my collection needs. I used another company over a year ago and have had nothing but delays, inconsistencies, errors, and lack of communication. I am not a customer who is emailing every week, but emailing back according to their request, and I am not even getting a reply at this point and have to call to talk to someone. However, I emailed Fast and Fair Collection Solutions for guidance and they replied FAST and with knowledge on my situation and honesty about their skillset. If I am not able to get my current garnishment company to work, I will contact Fast and Fair Collection Solutions!
