1 /5 Susan Molina: I have been a customer for over 15 years and always encountered great customer services with umpqua but lately Pasco drive thru’s wait time is over 10mins and there is no acknowledgement/greeting that someone will be right with you. It’s to the point that you start wondering if they even know you are waiting.
1 /5 Khris Brown: These people are worthless... constantly putting holds on payroll, making the customer jump through hoops for no reason whatsoever. No communication when updating systems. Overall not a user friendly bank... will be closing out account once they release payroll

EDIT: it was awesome and helpful and now every time I visit or my spouse visits, it takes 10+ minutes and takes forever. Not great….

lee glidewell Gary is honest. First tax advisor that EVER tried to explain where, or even how, we were missing the point on filing a tax document. Yeah, right, yall, tax return is an oxymoron, aint it? By Gods grace and Garys wisdom, we actually got a return of some of our own money. First time in a long time. Well definitely be returning to Garys business. Best part is that his fee is reasonable, cmon! God bless yall, Gary!
