Shes both pragmatic and optimistic, she didnt pull punches or make lofty promises, instead she did everything in her power to get us qualified for the loan we needed to get a home that is everything we could have asked for. Kim was incredibly informative and helped us with the tools we needed, she went way above and beyond what I ever thought a Loan Originator would do.
