5 /5 no e: Came in to open an account with Gesa for the first time, reasonable and quick wait time for the number of people that were there, Edgar was very helpful and nice throughout the entire process and sent me off with a brand new account. I was probably in the building for no more than 30 minutes thanks to him.

1 /5 Cheyenne Gifford: I had to deposit a cashiers check so I can pay a deposit for my family to get into a new place after being homeless for 6 months. Yes I was a bit last minute on getting the deposit together but that’s life sometimes. So I called before depositing the check and made sure there wasn’t going to be any holds and the lady told me there wasn’t going to be and even put me on hold to double check. I deposited the check on the assumption there wasn’t going to be a hold and I could send the money as soon as I deposited it so we could finish moving in. TURNS OUT THERE IS A HOLD. I called my bank and a different lady put me on hold for a while “researching” and then said she would move it up to management and call me back to let me know what will be happening and what they say. After a few HOURS of hearing nothing I call again and another lady then tells me my bank management is on the phone with the other institution verifying funds and she will call me back once that is completed and what is going on. I have yet to hear back from them and it’s been 4 hours and the funds are still on hold. I’ve been with Gesa for YEARRRSSSS and never really had a problem with them and they always helped me out. I live in another state now and since I loved them so much, I kept them and decided to not find another bank. I change my mind, I will be finding another bank asap. Now my family and I are back to the drawing board to figure out where we are going to get a roof over our heads again.

3 /5 Kate Hawksley: The employees are sweet and polite and friendly and respectful towards others. The building is clean and plenty of parking outside the building. The outside is clean.

5 /5 Kelly Poynor: I went to Gesa Credit Union today and I thought this was a very well maintained bank. I’ve never actually been to this location. Gesa Credit Union at 2202 Silvester St. Pasco, WA. It was very clean and the line moved swiftly. When I got to the teller he greeted me and was very professional. Andy Lopez insured he was dealing with the owner of the account which was me. And processed me quickly, efficiently, professionally and made sure my deposit of cash was correct. I would recommend to anyone if you don’t have a bank or are looking to switch banks check out Gesa Credit Union. They have locations all over the Tri-Cities and this particular location I was very impressed. Thank you Andy Lopez, you did a great job and I appreciate it.

1 /5 Jaylinn Torres: I am not one to write reviews but if I could put zero stars instead of one, I would. I shouldn’t have to wait 45+ minutes to do 2 payments & get a debit card printed. Very unprofessional & no updates were given when I got told to wait in lobby for my card to print. A loan officer later approached me to check in on me after sitting for 15mins or so. This specific location seems to always lack sense of urgency.
