Shes both pragmatic and optimistic, she didnt pull punches or make lofty promises, instead she did everything in her power to get us qualified for the loan we needed to get a home that is everything we could have asked for. Kim was incredibly informative and helped us with the tools we needed, she went way above and beyond what I ever thought a Loan Originator would do. She was always available for questions and new situations that came up, she truly took care of us. Im both impressed and oh so grateful by and for everything. 5 /5 Sabrina Mcintosh: I honestly feel Kim Thompson is the best loan originator ever. If youre trying to find the best lender, you have no idea where to start or what the next step is or what it is you need to acquire in any and every step of the buying process Kim is who you need to talk to. Me and my boyfriend decided to try buying a home for our first time and were completely clueless on the entire thing. We researched and asked around for literally almost a month and had more questions than we did in the beginning. Thankfully we got a hold of a realtor who pointed us to Kim and and from the first time meeting her and talking to her we left feeling so relieved and like it was a possible thing my boyfriend and I could accomplish. Kim was able to explain everything we needed and wanted to know every step of the way and I honestly feel like she did everything she could to make things as easy as possible for us. As a quiet and shy person it was easy to talk to Kim and ask her any question you had. She was such a welcoming and incredibly smart person. Every time i left her office and spoke with her I ALWAYS left more confident, and like there was less weight taken off my shoulders. Kim is a wonderful person and i could never ever thank her enough for everything she has done in finding me and my family our new home.
