1 /5 Sir Anoch: The racial profiling and poor treatment of a person of color. Is the experience this community will receive from this location. Not only did the employee lie to maintain control of the conversation. But continued to lie and then excuse me from the premises. Because I was correct. Now I am at Chase being told. I was right! And having to call the branch with another bank employee from another bank. Just to ensure the white man who thinks his race is superior. Could actually conduct normal banking business. And finish my banking needs. Crazy that someone would prevent customer service or even understand his ego is not needed at his current level of employment.

4 /5 Staci Fuller: Staff at the Bremerton office are so friendly and helpful. When my daughter opened her account she even commented how shed feel comfortable asking them questions unlike the other CU we bank with. High praise from a teenager. My only issue has been that no one could tell me when my intro rate on my Visa card expired. The call center rep told me it had expired 6 months before which clearly wasnt correct. Systems should be more transparent for staff and members.
