3 /5 Gian Saja: Their motto of "your lender for life" sounds nice, but we are already on our third lender after they sold our loan very soon after we closed. No phone call, no apology, just a broken promise and a statement from *new* lender notifying us of the sale.

Brandon went above and beyond to be accessible and talk extensively with me to help me understand the process and make the best decisions. I shopped around for other lenders and ultimately went with Brandon and Life Mortgage because Brandon was able to provide as good or better rates than other lenders, but the biggest driver for me was that I felt like Brandon was completely honest and genuinely had my best interest in mind. Brandon and his team were helpful, efficient, and transparent. I would love to work with Brandon on a future home purchase and I will recommend him in the future to any of my friends and family looking to purchase a home.

1 /5 DangleisDavid: Avoid Brittany at all costs! We were very clear to her that we wanted to close on selling our house ASAP. She proceeded to make life as difficult as possible for us, and dragged us on for 3 weeks for no reason. From the start with all of the “mistakes” and lies we should’ve honestly gone another direction earlier, but with all of the good reviews, why would we think different? From flat out lying to our buyers about a pre-approval that didn’t exist, to taking over a week to schedule an appraisal. This entire process was honestly worse than pulling teeth and I would highly recommend anyone reading this to avoid working with Brittany. I cannot speak on the expertise or professionalism of any other loan officers here though.
