I walked in there stressed out of my mind with a check from my grandparents, long story short I needed it broken into money orders to make all the crazy stuff I had to do possible and Tai really stepped up to the plate to help me. I was nervous and stressed and he kept the conversation light hearted and fun which eased my worry. He helped me complete everything I needed to have done. Not only did he help me get things squared away on Columbias end, but he also waited on call for clarification from the other bank I was dealing with and when they didnt call HE CALLED ME to follow up and make sure everything was okay. Elektra Candy (Candy Crush) As an update to my earlier review, I was contacted immediately after the review below and allowed access to my safe deposit box the next day so I appreciate the prompt response. __________________________________________ I ABSOLUTELY NEED to gain access to my safe deposit box and its VERY TIME SENSITIVE!! I walked down there (30 minute walk) to discover they are closed?!!! So I call and am given an email address via the message on the number. Ive emailed it 3 times in the past week with ZERO RESPONSE!!! YOU HAVE MY SAFE BOX!! You cant just steal peoples belongings!!!
