Orlando Santos Mark Brewer is an amazing asset to the company. I received a call from him this evening - yes, you heard me right… I’m complimenting the debt collector! I have received numerous calls from this agency before and all the agents say is “ Is “MY NAME available?” once I reply asking what they needed… all they say is “It’s a personal matter that came across our desk, if you are MY NAME I need the last four of your social”. To which I usually (sarcastically) say that I would feel more comfortable with their name and last four of their social for a personal matter on my end before I give them mine - because you better have something better than “my name and a personal matter” before you go asking about my social. Well Mark was much more profesional and polite, he didn’t ask for my social I identified myself by name as I have never hid from debt collectors and since he called my number looking for someone by my name and I identified as such person he was able to at least tell me the company that originally held the debt - once I knew that piece of information… I knew it was legitimate and gladly gave Mark more identifying info he needed and all the details about my situation. People like Mark Brewer, that are professionals, that give respect and dignity to others, have a great attitude and show empathy towards others, do the the company they represent proud and should be valued and not taken for granted. It’s the first time ever I’ve been compelled to review and take the time to praise someone calling to ask for money, but if anyone deserved it, it was Mark.

Kirsten Otterness I have been with WSECU for a long time (20 years I think?). There was only one time I had an issue, it was resolved, and have been great since. I especially wanted to shout out to the lady that helped me yesterday 5/4/25 (I wish I knew her name). Fantastic job, professional, polite, patient, helpful, the list goes on. All the emoloyees ive worked with through the years have been great, but she was awesome!

Autumn Eley Kaitlyn was my superhero today! Not only did she lift my spirits and ease my stress throughout my battle with getting my transaction figured out with PayPal (not something you want to do alone), but she was also on the phone with me for nearly 30 minutes, helping me figure out this situation! I am so grateful I had her as my representative today, and she gave me so much grace and patience that I had to appreciate her. Kitsap Credit Union, you were lucky to have someone like her working for you. She is what it means to be a good honest, hard-working person Who’s here to represent her clients! Amazing work!

Schar Olsen I have always been greeted with smiles and respect at this branch. Staff is always helpful and attentive to my needs, and wait times for service has been very low. I have been a client of this branch since 1975.
