Frank Fluharty Bank here if you only shop during business hours when you can actually get help when they randomly shut down your card. This is the 5th time my card has been shut down while shopping at Albertsons or super one, I didnt have enough cash to cover my groceries this time though, so I has to call in a friend to borrow some money until Monday when I go in and close my account. Never bank here if you need access to your money outside of 9am to 5pm.

Matt Mills Carrie Medack has helped my wife and I get into both of our homes during the past 13 years. Each time she was awesome to work with. She has been available to us 24 hours a day, answering tons of questions, dealing with all the little (and sometimes BIG!) issues that pop up along the way, especially this year with Covid19. Bigfoot Coffee Roasters Under new management. Great customer service! You pump your own fuel in Washington State but an emplyee came out to help an elderly person having a hard time. No more Mechanics. Its now a coffee roasting companyy and coffee shop. Fuel & Coffee! So convenient!

I walked in there stressed out of my mind with a check from my grandparents, long story short I needed it broken into money orders to make all the crazy stuff I had to do possible and Tai really stepped up to the plate to help me. I was nervous and stressed and he kept the conversation light hearted and fun which eased my worry. He helped me complete everything I needed to have done. Not only did he help me get things squared away on Columbias end, but he also waited on call for clarification from the other bank I was dealing with and when they didnt call HE CALLED ME to follow up and make sure everything was okay.
