Dean Uriarte Merrill Lynch is a terrible company. I am unable to access my account but all attempts to contact Merrill Lynch are futile. If you call “customer service “ you just go info an infinite hold que. Even though a recording tells you “the average hold time is X, it’s a lie, no one ever answers the phone. The recording will also tell you that they can call you back when it’s your turn. Also a lie. You cannot get help. This is a terrible company.

Anita Klein-Miller Savi Bank is okay, but they really need to fix the online banking app. Half the time it tells me it cant validate my information for no reason. Kind of defeats the purpose... I cant even check my balance.

I am always prepared with what I want going in and they always take their delivery a step further to accomplish my goals. Most recently, I needed to utilize shared branching for a large transaction and experienced some issues on the receiving CUs end. After a few phone calls and another trip back to CFCU, I got ahold of Margaret, from the Westbow branch. I tell you, Margaret was an absolute gem and really went the extra 10 miles to deliver. She spent the entire day on the phone with the other credit union, mind you to resolve their issue, so my funds could make it where they were intended. She remained in contact with me and continued to provide timely status updates; truly making me feel like a valued member all throughout the process. Kudos to Margaret and thank you again for all your hard work and attention.
