5 /5 Birgit Mitchell: This is the greatest Bank. Old-fashioned HUMAN SERVICE!! Always nice people. So helpful! I love them Ive been with them for 25 years. ( Started when I was U of W Seattle). Yes they have an ATM. When they get an international wire transfer number they will be beyond perfect , but since they probably never will since they are technically a credit union- its OK. I will always still bank here.

5 /5 Constance Ross: This past summer I had someone try to make fraudulent charges on my debit card. WSECU alerted me and locked my card. Thank goodness! This was the second time I had this happen, in both cases, agents were extremely helpful in quickly replacing my card and protecting my account.

5 /5 Dawn Conyers: I have banked at this branch for about 7 years as a shared credit union branch member and the last as a member. They are ALWAYS helpful, kind and patient. One of the things I love about this town, reflects the best of Ellensburg. Kindness, great customer service. They have gone out of their way to help me and find answers to any questions I had.

1 /5 fezz perez: This bank treats their customer service employees like punching bags I know many of their employees have described their jobs to be an unhappy environment they expect to take insults from their customers because they are afraid of loosing their money

2 /5 Jim Suchovsky: A lot of new employees, and thus the incompetence level has increased. Having more problems with them since moving to their new location. Will consider moving accounts unless the turnover of new people slows down. Example, I needed a replacement debit card for a damaged one, not a lost one, they couldnt get it printed, I had to come back the next day. Then they issued a new card with a different set of numbers, not a replacement card.
