Ruby Mae Morgan While my taxes arent exactly super complex, theyre more than I can handle. I walked in without an appointment, and these folks bent over backwards to accommodate me the same day as quickly as possible. It is my pleasure to boldly claim that they are loads better than Jackson Hewitt. Youre going to pay about 15-20% more for Block Advisors, and youre going to be really happy about it because itll be worth every dime on your return after theyve gone well out of their way to find you every last dime the IRS owes you (*if* the IRS owes you). They even took the filing costs out of the refund for me since my budget was tight. It comes with an additional minor fee, but again, its worth it. The whole office seems to be filled with kind, gentle, sweet people, and next year, instead of being apprehensive about filing, Im eagerly strolling right down to their office instead with confidence.

Jag Dude This is by far the most useless post office I’ve ever been to. The place IS neat and clean so kudos for that but if you don’t have your mail or package ready for them to just receive it and start their process you might as well go home and start over. Or go to UPS store or some place like that. This PO will not print you a shipping label. They will not let you use their tape to attach YOUR shipping label to your package and they will reluctantly let you use their pen for YOU to address your own package. BUT, they will gladly take tape donations! Seriously?! If they can’t do anything to help a customer they might as well just shut that place down and make it a drop box. Drop boxes don’t need a staff to run them and this PO has a staff that don’t help so what’s the difference.

Jacob Archer Ive been working with IFC for many years and I can tell you that the 1 star review they got should be taken with a salt shaker full of salt. They are not only incredibly trustworthy, they truly care about bettering their clients lives! I know the owners personally and they are fantastic people. Their customer service stands out, which is why I chose to invest my money with a boutique firm, they take every level of client as serious as the next, whether youre investing $1,000 or $1,000,000, you will be treated like family and with respect. Jr Vega Worst customer service and the rudest. I was never getting any bills sent to my house or email and they have no regard for people. I was unaware I had a debt to pay and I understand that it has to be oayed I am more than willing to take care of my debt. I am and single father of a 7yr old no help from anyone at all and now thnks to them not willing to work with me on a payment plan I am on the brink of having my lights and gas shut off. So I have tondecide wether to food on the table for my 7yr old or pay bills amd stupid SB&C. They garnish my checks 500 a month and dont care how it effects me or my family. Worst company ever they need to go out of business ..

Rose Hajduk I have had nothing but great experiences at Community Bank. DaShari Cinnamon opened my account and she was very kind and professional. I have had great experiences with everyone who works in this branch. When I walk in they are all very friendly and greet me with a smile.Not only do they have exceptional customer service, but their online banking is very user friendly. I would recommend opening an account with this bank to all my friends and family.

Lori Randall I have a savings account at the Gesa credit union in Moses Lake. Opened the account about a year ago. I have never had a problem with them, and i find the staff very friendly and helpful. So far I think theyre a great credit union.

Scary U honestly I really enjoy working with lendmark. I’ve had other car loan companies in the past that were a nightmare to work with but the people at this location specifically are really helpful and efficient. They have great communication. Thanks ! (:
