When my spouse and I were faced with large bill from a doctors visit due to insurance coverage claiming a preventative visit was Out-of-Network (when the provider was deemed In-Network prior to our visit) the insurance attempted to charge us with a maximal balance. Trutina was so helpful in speaking with the company and fighting for us in the end to ensure we were not charged the balance. We are so grateful for their follow through and cant recommend their honest business practice enough. Thank You Trutina Team!
