5 /5 Monique Rowan: My husband and I opened a business account here about 2 1/2 weeks ago. The process was a bit long to get everything verified but Lily, our rep, was on the ball. We also kept running into issues with transferring funds from an external account to our HS account and Lily took care of the issues swiftly. She was incredibly patient, understanding, and amazing at communicating with me. Thus far, we have been very pleased with Lily. A++ customer service.
