Cheryl Scott I am soo pleased with my customer service today! My banking expert was Shane! He took care of all my banking needs! Can not recommend this bank and my experience as a 10 but I was beyond satisfied! I tend to ask a lot of questions when it comes to my money. So patient and kind! He even recruited the manager ( Tonja I believe?) to answer even more questions and help out. I truly feel valued as a customer!

Matt Mills Carrie Medack has helped my wife and I get into both of our homes during the past 13 years. Each time she was awesome to work with. She has been available to us 24 hours a day, answering tons of questions, dealing with all the little (and sometimes BIG!) issues that pop up along the way, especially this year with Covid19. If you want a lender who is going to work FOR you and get you the best rates and deals for your money, she is the one you need to work with! I cannot recommend Carries work highly enough, would give more than 5 stars if I could.

He’s knowledgeable, and is willing to take the time to share his knowledge with his clients. I always know what I’m investing in with Mike, and I trust his advice. I think Mikes approach to is attractive to people who may have felt condescended to or bowled over in their financial planning in the past. I used to get nervous when it was time for the yearly financial review, but with Mike, I feel in control, have clear goals, and know where to turn when I have questions or concerns. He gets my five stars!

Alex B Im not shur how this business is, I called to schedule an appointment to start investing and I still have yet to receive a return call. It has been 3 weeks as of 1/20/22, I feel like they either have all the clients the need or are just not interested.
