5 /5 Heidi Weatherly: Working with ACCS has been a very rewarding experience. This agency has helped me steer my high needs students into areas for growth as they become older and then age out of school services and enter into the world of individual adult services. The needs of my students from 9th grade through age 21 are focused on and provided for. There is such a variety of levels and needs and yet, their individual abilities are planned and prepared for and provided. The employees become more than an agency, but they have become a vital part of each students team. They share creative ideas, they appreciate the give and take needed to make it all work, they even put up with me and my cranky moments.
To be so bold I will say... they are more than just collaborators, we have become friends. And... isnt that a nice way to work together? I think so. It takes a village... and they are a very important part of the one I exist in!
