3 /5 VirFlo7591: Honestly im sad to give this low of a rating but lately Ive had the worst service with this location as well as the Spokane center. Due to glitches in your system it cost me $120 in fees. From both the bank as well as where the payment was to go to and no credit given. I have three acounts with this bank and i have banked with this firm for over 25 years and lately have thought hard about changing banks.

1 /5 TomDawg Fishing&Football: Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! Ive never had a bank teller tell me to NOT bring money in for exchange.. Meaning, dont bring $300 in 20s, in exchange for three $100 bills... My jaw hit the floor.. If they dont want me to bring in all those 20s, maybe they should stop handing out small bills at their ATMs!! Dont make your problem my problem.. Incident happened 5-3-2017, CP branch..
