Austin Matney Recently got a new account with US Bank and was having issues with my debit card. Two women at the counter were able to get on with customer support and help get my card operational. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received.

Steve S I opened a new savings and checking account. PCU did an HARD inquiry on my credit, even though I was Not applying for a loan. Most banks would have the sense to do a soft inquiry which wouldn’t count against credit ratings. Since I may be applying for a mortgage in the coming months, this would count as a strike against me in terms of inquiries. They said they can’t do anything about it.
