U.S. Bank Branch - Port Orchard (WA)

5 /5 Austin Matney: Recently got a new account with US Bank and was having issues with my debit card. Two women at the counter were able to get on with customer support and help get my card operational. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received.

1 /5 Edith Raya: Don’t go here they have the Worst service, my husband tried to deposit a check, the lady that helped us said the check was too “old” even though it was issued to us the day before. Without even saying anything she wrote void on the check. When I asked to speak with a manager regrading this matter she stated she was the manager and she couldn’t provide a reason why she did it. Extremely upsetting. She was prejudice and hostile towards us. After 15 years of being a loyal customer will gladly take my business elsewhere.

1 /5 Wade Randall: Underwhelmed with bank services. This branch could not /would not provide my most current mortgage statement. No offer to assist. Put the burden on me to contact the main office. Seems a simple phone call by the branch teller/manager could have made this easy. Makes me wonder what other services are underwhelming .
