Cheryl Potts Mark has been our Financial Advisor for years. He is certainly considered our friend! His extensive knowledge and awesome personality have really given us confidence in our retirement planning. He is quick to respond with any questions we have and his honesty is extra genuine as he looks out for only our best interests. Mara Jacroux Sandra was helpful and very pleasant. I needed to update my address after a doctor appointment. It was in the 90s for temps outside. Yes, we can be irritable as humans when we wait in lines, but she was smiling and ready to help. Remember that bank tellers aren’t quick ATM machines, they are humans that make sure there are no errors to your account so try be understanding when possible when we have to wait our turns for service.
