4 /5 Sydnie J: I dont think I can rightfully give a collections agency 5 stars but while I am HIGHLY annoyed at my doctors office (everett clinic) for sending my debt to a collections agency when no one ever even attempted to call me and only ever sent mail that I didnt see and also didnt notify me of where the debt was sent so I didnt even know who to call to get payment taken care of, the agency itself was not bad. They left voice messages stating that it was an attempt to collect a debt, when I called they told me what the debt amount was and who had sent it to them and also double checked if I had any other amounts showing due in their system. The woman on the phone was polite and friendly and sent me an emailed receipt immediately. Easier than working with Everett Clinic.
