4 /5 Sydnie J: I dont think I can rightfully give a collections agency 5 stars but while I am HIGHLY annoyed at my doctors office (everett clinic) for sending my debt to a collections agency when no one ever even attempted to call me and only ever sent mail that I didnt see and also didnt notify me of where the debt was sent so I didnt even know who to call to get payment taken care of, the agency itself was not bad. They left voice messages stating that it was an attempt to collect a debt, when I called they told me what the debt amount was and who had sent it to them and also double checked if I had any other amounts showing due in their system. The woman on the phone was polite and friendly and sent me an emailed receipt immediately. Easier than working with Everett Clinic.

1 /5 Giles Curtis: Statement: “I do not confirm personal details such as date of birth or Social Security number over the phone. However, for the purpose of receiving the required debt validation notice under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, you may send all correspondence to this mailing address: [Your P.O. Box or chosen address]. Until I receive written validation at that address, I will not discuss this matter further.” This does three things: Refuses their request for DOB/SSN. Gives them a working address so you can actually see what they send. Re-asserts your legal rights under FDCPA. These people have hung up on me 3 times. I have recorded these conversations. They will not allow me to provide them with a valid address or email address to review the debt and insure it is valid. They are in Violation of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) This review is not only for documentation purposes but also to inform other victims of their bullying tactics and their rights. Kaylee, please request legal training from your employee or find a better company to work for.

They treat people with kindness and respect. This branch is a very well managed branch. If you have debts with them just give them a call. They will work with you to get your debts cleared.
