3 /5 James Collins: Raul Valverde in the Lakewood Branch helped me start use of Bill Pay for payment to Bank of America from my business checking account. He asked me to bring my computer to the branch and saw why I was having difficulty. He was persistent and personable thus inspiring confidence. The overall rating for my experience today is 3 stars. Raul gets five. The call center ACU employee told me to call Bank of America who could not help me.

1 /5 Christopher Remington: This is the most disrespectful companys I have ever dealt with they have disrespected 2 times I recorded the conversations and will be filing a lawsuit because shortly after these disagreements and threats they followed through for absolutely NO LOGICAL reason and shut me out of my accounts out of retaliation, the phone call service they have dont care about their customers at all they even laughed and mocked me, I cant pay my rent phone or insurance because Im locked out of my account, spread this around hold them accountable. This is not right, I was upset but never raised my voice or became disrespectful, and to be threatened and than retaliated against for speaking the truth

The employees are so welcoming and kind always greeting you with a comfortable smile instead of the crepy kind lol Dominique I believe was the sweet girl who helped me! She was so polite and patient, I am a frequent question asker she explained everything efficiently and made the interaction very enjoyable! her personality is golden you could not have picked a better employee! Overall absolutely satisfied with my experience every time I walk in the door.
