Gerald Parr Well, this is an interesting one for the books. I came to the store the Friday before Labor Day, thinking they were open (Google said yes), but when I arrived the sign on the door said open, but all was dark. Hmmm, maybe just havent opened. Nobody inside, so I emailed the address from Google and said "Your ad and door says open today, but youre not?" Unfortunately, Mr Android "I know better" spell checker (or my big fingers) jumped in and sent a somewhat different text, only changing AD to something else, where the S is right next to the D. OK, a couple days later I looked at my email and thought...well, you know. Anyway, I sent an apology on behalf of Mr Android and myself and they said they were sorry they werent open. SO, on with the review. I was pleasantly surprised with the place and expected to see people in suits, fancy dresses or whatever and everyone was casually (comfortably) dressed. The conversation was very professional, instructive, informative and sometimes even funny. (yes, they didnt know about the foo-foo) with the email until I mentioned it. It was not an instant expectation of sales or whatever. Its customer oriented, and if you dont see what suits you, pet the cute puppy and be on your merry way. The place is arranged well and able to give you on-the-spot information. Theyve been in business a long time, and I can see why. Maybe if I decide to get my honey of 39 years, it will be a go-to place. Make it your first stop, if at least out of curiosity.

Johnny Findley Misty is an amazing person. Went to her shop and purchased some amazing stones and crystals. I came across a piece of vivianite from another shop. I asked if she was able to turn it into a pendant for me. She said she could. I told her I wanted to purify it first on my own since it needed it greatly. After I purified it, she put more loving, positive energy into it. I couldnt be any happier with her work. The copper wrap with the red leather cord truly brings out its radiance. With such an odd shaped chunk, she worked her magic. Misty has a customer for life. She is truly a gem.

Evan Jones I had the greatest experience having a custom engagement & wedding band made at Panowicz Jewelers in Olympia! My review here is a bit delayed. As my experience started back in February of 2024. And my vision came to an astounding reality, when I picked up the rings later that year in August. I was in no hurry, and let me tell you, having patience and time will help you achieve the perfect desired results! I worked with Laurie specifically. She was amazing! Her eagerness to fully immerse herself into my ideas and this project in order to achieve the best outcome was pleasantly unexpected. Her process was very detailed and she made sure to allow me the space to go back and forth with each others ideas. The tools she uses toward the end of the design phase blew my mind! They really give you confidence in what you are paying for! I highly recommend Panowicz Jewelers to anyone! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Laurie! She absolutely is in LOVE with the ring! Can you tell she loves dogs? Lol! Oh yeah, and she said "YES"!

Joy Roszel I had a bracelet on a thumb splint that needed shortening. I got it done with cheerful and professional experience.

Raina Kamille is awesome!! My first anklet broke when I was changing out of my clothes and she got me in immediately and fixed it free of charge. She is such a lovely person, she remembers all of our conversations and little things about me which make me feel special. I can tell she’s passionate about her work. Tifni Wood I have been driving past this place for a long time, always saying I should stop. I finally did last week, and what a fun place!! There is so much to look at! They have an awesome plant selection, and its chock-full! My favorite! Highly recommend grabbing a friend, your mom, or sister and plan for fun shopping experience! The staff were all so friendly, too.
