Robin Hanlon I’ve lived at my current address for 3 years. The gentleman that delivered for us was just not friendly, didn’t like my dogs even though he never got of his car. If the package was too big to fit, he threw it on the ground. The new fella that is on my route is AMAZING!!! He’s so super friendly, waves, smiles, brings packages and mail up to the house. I have a small checking and savings acct there and so far have never had a problem with them. That being said I received an email saying they were removing there ATM machine very soon. Countryside Inn We have been with ANBTX since 25 years when we first moved to Kaufman. The staff has treated us exceptionally well, especially Steve Robertson and Amber Dotson. No complaints and love the feel of local small banks!

Onesam Definitely one of the best treatments I have received as a customer. I needed to open up a bank account and had went to Wells Fargo, they treated my husband and I terribly we felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome no kind of greeting or a smile we felt as if they didn’t want us there. We saw that PNC just across the street was opened because we went around 4pm and they closed until 6pm and we decided to give it a try. The greatest decision we ever made. As soon as we walked in, Brianna received us with a smile and a charmisma we felt the difference right away and we knew we were in good hands. Shannon helped us with the bank account she was very friendly and was determined to helping us open the account that same day since we needed it very soon and it all got taken care of. I am grateful for how they treated us, I will always recommend this place.
