Keith Saunders Original review was a 1 Star. REVISED 3-31-21 If you truly want an awesome banking experience, dont use BBVA Compass. They WILL let you down time and time again. This particular branch has a few key people who really want to help, but have their hands tied behind their back by their corporate comrades. I speak not only from experience from this branch, but from other branches in other cities. I have businesses located outside of my home town and I thought that BBVA would be beneficial to me in order to be able to access funds, make deposits in multiple cites, transfers, and loans. I have been disappointed for the last time and I urge you to be very weary of this bank. They appear friendly and some may truly care, but its only skin deep at the branch level. Customer service may be a word spoken within the branch, but I guarantee you that the people who are above the branch level dont care about you, your time, or your business. If I worked at a branch level and saw how my customer setting in front of me was being treated, I would have a hard time coming to work each day. UPDATE 3-31-2021 Shortly after writing the previous review, I was introduced to a business banker at the Granbury branch that truly does care. I have been working with her now for almost 5 years and she has never let me down. Im still not sold on BBVA, but I am 100% sold on Hazel. She is awesome. If you need a business banker, look no further. Thank you Hazel for all the help you have been to me over the past 5 years.

Monica F I recently opened an account at Southside Bank in Granbury. It was an amazing experience! Ashley Scruggs took great care of me! She was so friendly, respectful, kind and very knowledgeable! She answered all my questions and took care of everything. I am grateful. I also had a teller assist me, her name was Ashley. She was polite, helpful and took good care of me! She made sure that had signed up for a debit card, online banking, etc. I am impressed with Southside’s online banking and the app that they offer to their customers. Eric Wes Fantastic bank with fantastic customer service. It really is, "Your hometown bank." My father lives in Granbury and this is where he does some of his banking. We picked FNB, several years ago, for the location (right on the square) and architecture (its a beautiful bank inside and out). If the appearance doesnt make you feel like you are stepping back in time, the customer service will. On this day (Monday 4/4/16) I was helped by Maria C. All I can say is fantastic experience and missions accomplished. Thank you! PS. While lobby hours are a little short (anyone remember "banker hours"), the "Motor Bank" has extended and Saturday hours. Jennifer Ost We have had our small business at this location for a couple years and they are just the kindest, most helpful people! I do drive thru deposit most every Tues and they are always fast, friendly and give my puppy a treat! Yesterday I was having problems with their online banking and the nicest girl helped me and kept calling me back to let me know how much longer it might be till it was up and running. She was the best. I cant say enough about this small town bank location! Thank you for restoring my faith in customer service and humanity!

Preston Harris I haven’t had an account here for more than 15 mins and I’m already more pleased than chase has made me. The lady’s in the bank are gems and very friendly. Much more comfortable experience than any other bank I’ve been too. They got me set up with an account in less than 20 mins with a card ready for me to use. After not having a debit card for a month and a half due to Chases inability to send me a new one after multiple visits with them, this was such a relief. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.
