She was so friendly, respectful, kind and very knowledgeable! She answered all my questions and took care of everything. I am grateful. I also had a teller assist me, her name was Ashley. She was polite, helpful and took good care of me! She made sure that had signed up for a debit card, online banking, etc. I am impressed with Southside’s online banking and the app that they offer to their customers. Please consider making Southside Bank in Granbury your bank of choice!

She answered all our questions, and if she wasn’t sure, she made sure to find the answer before we left. They even sent us a handwritten card welcoming us as new customers!
