I told her that I did not call CPS and she got an attitude and told me not to get rude w/her as I attempted to explain things. Then, she proceeded to hang up on me. I called back several times to speak to the right department and she never answered the phone. And to think that our tax dollars are going to this agency so that we can be abused in this manner! This is highly unprofessional!
