1 /5 Alexandre David: Terrible business practices here. They denied an elderly man funds he tried pulling out of his account and he banks with them. I could tell the whole story but that would take a few pages. Ive never would have believed a bank would deny someone access to there own funds. I saw this in person. What a wake up call.

1 /5 Jessica Hawkins: I needed some cash. I’m aware that the bank on my card is nowhere around this area so I’m always prepared to pay a small fee. Usually the small fee is $3 or less. When I’m only asking for $20 that’s more than fair. In fact even if I wanted $200, $3 is fair. However this here institution wanted $4.95. When it asked if I was okay with thst I pressed the “hell no” button for my card and drive a couple miles down the road to a …. You guessed it $3 charge one. Thanks but no thanks. I am glad to know first financial is money hungry greedy fools.
