Earl Greer I spoke with Derrick today about our accounts to get some clarity. He was very friendly, cordial, and extremely knowledgeable. Knowing my way around in the investment community, I was extremely impressed by his insight and how quickly he answered every question. I would strongly recommend his services as a financial planner and investment advice. His knowledge is well worth the advisor fees from Edward Jones.

Sabrina Smith I cannot get good customer service! I paid off my settlement wad told I would need to wait 30 days for it to close out after numerous calls saying others wise. Now I see today I am being charged an annual fee and my settlement has not closed out. I paid as agreed upon. Everyone including "supervisors" have gave me the run around. And tonight I find this on my account that should be closed settled for a lesser amount. The customer service line is of no assistance.
