C. Mayo Even though my property taxes are low, I have very little monthly discretionary income and always take advantage of the installment payments offered to seniors. For the past couple of years, Ive used my banks bill pay to send the payments, but theres only room on those checks for a tiny amount of info to explain what the payment is for, and I always worry about the payment getting to the right place. This year, the tax office mailed me a tax receipt after my final payment showing that my account had been paid in full, and I really appreciated that! Its always good to set a worry to rest. Susan Baker The Dean of Students Kristin Walker went out of her way to ensure that my daughter got into the program she wanted. When we had trouble with financial aid, she personally went with us to the aid office and made sure that the paperwork was submitted. Her compassion and kindness was very welcoming and it made us feel this organization truly cares about its students. There customer service went above and beyond. Great Job Navarro College!!!

Deena K How many times does one need to confirm an appt? Im a grown woman, if I cant make it Ill call so I go to their office and bumper lips in there said they gave away my appt. BAD Business!! I was skeptical anyway due to their lack of interaction at the dinner, they couldnt wait to pack up and leave. Its a wonder I tried to see what they were all about. Question answered.
