Loraine Godfrey I want to give 5 stars to the workers at Navy Army Community Credit Union, especially Loan Officer Nora Salinas. She is always there for our business and makes sure we are taken care. She has even answered our questions even after hours. She is a hard worker and goes above and beyond to help the customers of Navy Army Community Credit Union. In fact all of the workers have been great! I just wanted to let Nora know how much we appreciate her services and wanted to let Navy Army Community Credit Union know as well. We have been in business 7 years and just recently opened another business and Nora helped us get our new account open with no problems or difficulty. missjaleesa20 Haven’t had a really big issue with this company, until I called customer service to ensure they had all necessary documentation to complete my claim, and the customer service representative was extremely rude. Apparently i asked to many questions.

Macario Cardenas Mr. Trevino (branch manager) was really helpful in answering questions about the services they offered. I closed on a HELOC loan very quickly and effortlessly. Zero closing fees and they paid for the appraisal. Rocket mortgage wanted $4k in closing and my local credit union wanted $3k. I shied away from a second mortgage due to the fees but PNC was a clear winner. I will always go PNC for future loan options.
