Kaitlyn Hammil The receptionist was very professional and kind when I called to get my 2023 1040. I was expecting it to take awhile since I waited until the last minute to file, but she took care of the issue promptly and gave me a plan B if the email didn’t work! Great customer service!

Becca Resendez Luis was excellent, was very good at explaining the process in detail and answered any questions I had without problem. He was very kind and patient Id definitely come back if I need to apply for another loan. I definitely recommend his services.

Ive been very impressed with my local branch, but the call center has been a different story. My first interaction was with Valerie. She was friendly and answered all of the questions I had at the time. She also gave me her direct number in case I had any further questions. This is where the customer service has hit an iceberg. I have called her direct line 5 times in two weeks with no response. I know its the correct number because her greeting states her name and says shell contact you back in a timely manner. Im unlikely going to continue this loan process with yall since I have been completely ignored. Will likely just stay with my current "to big to fail" bank, since they at least return queries to my questions. Jeremy and Angela contacted me and completely remedied the issues with me, and I am very satisfied with their response. I believe they will be using this as a team coaching opportunity, and should not be a problem in the future.

Jeff L I just wanted to leave a review after checking my credit report. Back in 2022, these lenders were extremely helpful in a pinch. There were multiple times they allowed me to stagger payments, and essentially create new loans, and then when I had enough to payoff, they didnt scam me in the process. I know these places get a bad rep, but this place was good to me in a pinch.
