1 /5 Jason kennedy: This bank and the branch manager Heather is an absolute JOKE and the most unprofessional person I have met as a business owner and dealing with multiple banks and even worse than national banks. 2 years they closed my business account with over $100k in the account because our business was performing “TOO LARGE OF INCOMING & OUT GOING TRANSACTIONS” . Pshhhhh. Should have learned from that scheme. I guess it’s hard to leverage and invest customers money when conducting business on a daily basis. THEN the branch manager wouldn’t even discuss our account, or show us our bank statements before interrupting me and my wife several times and then kicking us out of her office when we told her to stop interrupting and please let us speak, and then made us leave before we could close our account or even have a chance to talk or reconcile anything or get statements to view. Disgusting behavior from a person with a title of branch manager and save yourself the headache of dealing with these thieves and amateur bankers! BBB will get the 18th complaint from this “Happy” costumer. They will most likely have class action lawsuit soon from their clients s like BOA, TD and all the other slime banks because everyone including friends, neighbors and even strangers in the parking lot have been disturbed by their non transparent and diluted disclosures and failure to notify their customers about fees and fraudulent transactions, while stealing hard working people’s money. GROSS!!!! Even our money can’t buy good Popcorn, coffee or customer service. What a HAPPY DAY at Happy state. Save yourselves the hassle of dealing with complete incompetence. Have a happy day! I know I will know that we will never have to deal with the staff, this bank and their horrible online platform. Don’t be fooled by the smoke mirrors because your money is paying more it.
