5 /5 Albert Kemp: Had an issue with our new United Texas CU Mastercard debit card. My wifes card would not authorize over the phone as instructed. We tried several times, but I think we got locked out with the retries. Stopped in at our local United Texas CU branch and the issue was resolved quickly. Customer service at this branch is excellent, Im talking each individual across the board. This happens each time I need to go in the branch. So, cannot say enough good things of the employees.
