City Finance in Sherman - Sherman (TX)

Sabrena St Clergy i’m from out of town and I had to open up an account here at this local date for a loan on a home. I was a little apprehensive because it is a small town bank and they do things differently. But I have to say that they really have gone above and beyond to help me get things done when I’m used to doing things a certain way they’ve helped me get things done. The phone customer service just when I call sometimes is not always great on the customer service part but when I call specifically to ask for certain people, it’s fantasticEthel and Kathy and Caroline and Grace. They’re all super amazing women they’ve all just gone above and beyond they’ve all done a great job and they have made me think differently about the small town bank.

Dora Garza Debbie is the best, she helped me set up my business account and answered every question I had. She was very patient and understanding, she even followed up with me the next week. Definitely go in and see her for your banking needs.
