5 /5 Bruce Whitten: I have only been to the Alice branch Wells Fargo bank one time. I was greeted immediately as I stepped into the lobby with a friendly hello and asking how they may assist. The teller, (didn’t catch her name), was friendly, courteous, and quickly assisted me with everything I needed from her. She then made an appointment for me with a lobby representative and asked me to have a seat saying someone would be with me shortly. I was only seated for a minute or two before Skye assisted me with what I needed from her. She was also friendly and courteous and went above and beyond to assist me. She had to make a few phone calls to Wells Fargo corporate directory to assist me. She explained what they at corporate were telling her and provided me with a few different options. Ultimately Skye was able to satisfy my concerns and provide me with exceptional customer service. I was extremely happy with the service from the Alice Wells Fargo Bank. Thank you

1 /5 Sonny Smithwick: This branch is very frustrating. My wife went in to do a wire transfer, and they told her it would take 30 minutes. She waited for 45 and asked again, and they were rude and told her that it would be at least another hour. After being with this bank for over 30 years, we will not be doing business here any longer, moving to CC branch that is organized and customer friendly.

1 /5 Clarissa Gonzalez: Avoid like the plague! I went in to fix an issue with my account; unfortunately neither a banker or supervisor could help me resolve the issue. I decided to call Wells Fargo directly and deal with the situation. After 10 minutes on the phone they were able to fix the situation without any hesitation. Bottom line........... call. Don’t waste your breath or time here; they will not help.

1 /5 Daniel Ibanez: It makes no sense, that during the busy hours like lunch time and after 5 they still havent figured out how to speed up the drive thru. They shouldnt have closed the second location.
