1 /5 John Dyck: Have dealt with two bankers. Both claimed getting my loan wouldn’t be any problem whatsoever. Both won’t return phone calls or follow up as promised. I do not recommend using this bank for loans.

1 /5 Henry Bajman: The would not allow me to deposit my checks if the would be a little bit more the $5.00 then I had to run to Lubbock and deposit it there. And if want to borrow money nobody was there to help. Thanks for commercial bank.

1 /5 Tiffeny Burke: Atm locked our card in the ATM. There is no contact number to get ahold of anyone for after hours.Thankfully we were able to get it out. I would not suggest using the 24 hour drive through.

1 /5 John Dyck: My name is John dyck not the same one that posted below, this bank is not in the business of wanting to make money on interest, I made a big loan for my business on a 5 year contract, now 2 and a half years later they want all the money back, leaving me with no capital to work with all though Ive never been late on a payment, they have absolutely 0 trust in their customers, trust me when I say there is no reason for it Im actually $110,000 ahead on the note, will definitely be switching ASAP! They just got a new loan officer that thinks hes smarter than anyone of us making more money than him but yet he thinks he knows it all, run from this guy
