Chris Lillibridge My wife and I were in a jam. Wed encountered cost-over runs at every turn trying to get our barn done. We already had a loan with CTFC for $250K. My wife didnt think we could get another one through them so she started to shop around. Long story short, we didnt qualify because of the way our farm is structured, and the way our homestead is laid out. We had the equipment, but most of it was already on the first loan. So, my wife couldnt find a competitive rate or authorization anywhere else. I said to her, you know, Chris Tanner told us to call her if we ever needed anything. I ended up calling Chris and she got right to work. She had an appraiser out to us within five days. Within 10 days she had a workable loan for us that would enable us to survive until the following spring and get our barn done.
