1 /5 Amanda Hilfiger: Absolutely unwilling to work with long term customers in the worst trucking recession in our lifetime. Highest interest rates in the industry and absolutely lousy cross collateralization practices that make it impossible to payoff/sell equipment, even on different loans.

1 /5 Shane S: We had an auto loan through BMO Harris. They sent out a notification that the loan was paid in full (because it was), then sent us a check for an overage amount that we paid. Four months later they said they made a mistake and that we still owe them money. They then said we missed a payment and turned it in to the credit agencies. My credit dropped 100 points and they are completely unwilling to work with me at all. I never miss payments. They also have agents call me several times a week who have no idea how to do their jobs. Every time without fail I have to inform them of my situation when all they have to do is read the notes on file. I would never do business with them again. Beware.
