1 /5 Shane S: We had an auto loan through BMO Harris. They sent out a notification that the loan was paid in full (because it was), then sent us a check for an overage amount that we paid. Four months later they said they made a mistake and that we still owe them money. They then said we missed a payment and turned it in to the credit agencies. My credit dropped 100 points and they are completely unwilling to work with me at all. I never miss payments. They also have agents call me several times a week who have no idea how to do their jobs. Every time without fail I have to inform them of my situation when all they have to do is read the notes on file. I would never do business with them again. Beware.
