Thats more phone calls than Ive made in ten years with another bank. Also - dont use mobile deposit - just go up and deposit it in person. If you deposit via mobile, they put a two day hold on it whereas if you deposit the same check in person, it goes in immediately. Very inconvenient when the point of mobile deposit is convenience.
