Lorelei Crenshaw LETTY IS SO HELPFUL! I had an uncommon account type that I needed to have set up this week. It took 3 days, 3 branches in 2 states and 5 associates to get it done. Letty started everything off for me before sending me to one of the only 2 bankers in San Antonio that could access the proper paperwork. Once the account was set up I went back into the Seguin branch and Donna helped me get the last few things in order to get my business account up and going. I truly appreciate the help that they have provided me this week! They are stellar humans!

Sabrina Smith I cannot get good customer service! I paid off my settlement wad told I would need to wait 30 days for it to close out after numerous calls saying others wise. Now I see today I am being charged an annual fee and my settlement has not closed out. I paid as agreed upon. Everyone including "supervisors" have gave me the run around. And tonight I find this on my account that should be closed settled for a lesser amount. The customer service line is of no assistance.
