1 /5 Laila James: Don’t bank here unless you absolutely have to. They are dishonest and will rush to get you off the phone. The girls up there would rather gossip and look at their phones than help their customers, and that’s the truth. Everyone in office and over the phone seems to have a high horse attitude- terrible customer service, had weird charges on my account and when I called to ask they had no answer for me. Don’t bank here unless you want to have a headache with your money.
Edit: you will also most likely have problems with their app. Can’t check my recent activity all of a sudden when it wasn’t a problem before, and the app is confusing.
