Jalexia Rios The worst experience I’ve had with their customer service, refund and “lost documents”. Been trying to get a refund for my GAP since February and unfortunately I’ll have to wait another 30 days with their issues. They only give you checks and ask to fill out paperwork to not even read what they ask for. I love Toyota cars but I wouldn’t get another vehicle from them if it means to deal with this nonsense. If I had to rate this would be -200/10.

Hillary Mack Roberts They are absolutely amazing!! They have worked with members of my family for since the early days and me personally for the last 10 years (in my early 30s). I’ve never met a nicer, knowledgeable, responsive or caring team before. They are clear and transparent, super helpful and always available to help!!! I’ve recommended them to several of my friends for countless reasons (especially to help plan financially and with investing their savings). I can honestly say I’d be lost without them and don’t plan on ever moving to anyone else!! Ps- they know everyone by name and if you have multiple family members/ friends who work with them they are kind enough to ask you about them! True definition of having the best of both worlds- best in their field as well as best service!! Thank you guys for all that you do!!

Jasmine Jordan Carol and Tae was very helpful they made sure to greet me soon as I stepped in the door. I received my loan quickly unless than 15 minutes and the interest is very low. I highly recommend.
