5 /5 Jennifer Ost: We have had our small business at this location for a couple years and they are just the kindest, most helpful people! I do drive thru deposit most every Tues and they are always fast, friendly and give my puppy a treat! Yesterday I was having problems with their online banking and the nicest girl helped me and kept calling me back to let me know how much longer it might be till it was up and running. She was the best. I cant say enough about this small town bank location! Thank you for restoring my faith in customer service and humanity!

5 /5 christi gilpin: We have the BEST BANKERS!!!! We have been with Interbank for nearly 20 years, and have had excellent service since day one. Chad is always quick to help if we have any kind of issue. It’s such a good feeling knowing there is someone to turn for all our family’s banking needs. They are fast, friendly and eager to help! It’s wonderful to feel like you’re appreciated as a customer, but they make you feel like part of the family. Thanks Granbury Interbank!! Y’all are the best !!

1 /5 Shaggy S: So Im writing a new review of this place. The lady that has given me problems everything is still giving problems. How she has a job in customer service is beyond me. There have been several times she did not want to cash my check. I have been with interbank for many years. I have used several branches, Waxahachie, Midlothian, and Glen Rose, to name a few. All the other branches are fantastic and great to work with. This is the only branch I have ever had problems with. Today I went in to cash a money order and she said she doesnt want to cash it and went to talk to the manger and took the money order with her. There was nothing wrong with the money order and it had my name on it. I have stopped my direct deposit into this account because of this banker. She is rude and has no business working at a bank handling other peoples money. My last review called her out for doing something very similar and there is another review complaining about the same thing. This is not an isolated incident and all the good reviews are not believable. They are left by the workers and their friends. If you live in town and use this bank i suggest you just drive to Glen Rose. That is a much friendlier branch.

5 /5 Carchon: Great bank with a good hometown feel, theres a review that claims they dont cash checks drawn off accounts at Interbank for non account holders, this is not true. They dont even charge a fee for this service to non-account holders as long as the account the check is drawn off of is at Interbank. Definitely worth checking out if you are looking for a local bank that will remember your name!
