5 /5 Edna Faaiu: Scheduling an appointment at this location was as easy as tying my shoes. Upon arrival, James greeted us immediately and ensured we were comfortable before we began. The process was smooth, easy and pretty quick. Having someone assist us that’s extremely knowledgeable and professional is always a plus. James was more than willing to provide answers to questions I had regarding previous tax returns (that were not handled by Liberty Tax) which saved me so much time and money. I will definitely be returning and recommend this location as a go to!!!

1 /5 Padfoot Mcgee: Honestly just save yourself the time and go somewhere else. My appointment was at 9am, and the office supervisor didnt get there untill just after 11am. I started my tax process just for it to be interrupted by a older guy walking in complaining that hes gonna go someone else if he doesnt get started. So it only makes sense to stop me. It was a very unprofessional experience, and I will advise you to go ANYWHERE else. Save yourself all that time and go elsewhere that is professional ran and will actually care for you.
