Arrived about 9:45 AM and there were not any other customers waiting for branch banker assistance.
The receptionist was great!
Briana H, Branch Banker; was another story. Very cold, not interested, we felt as though we interrupted her day. She wanted to talk to us standing in the waiting area and I asked if we couldnt go to her desk. After a few minutes at her desk going through the ID process and listening to her sigh, I asked if shed like us to come back and she promptly said I do not have an attitude.
We picked up our ID along with her card and left. We were able to handle some of the business through the 800 number listed and spoke with Alvoro which quickly apologized and suggested another branch for that savings account we had intended opening . (havent done that yet, we are thinking this through).
Ive stayed put through four mergers now. Beginning to think it just might be time to move on.
